What does OT systems house mean?
OT is operational technology on the shop floor: controllers, machines, sensors. Industrial IoT connects that to MES, ERP and a shared data foundation. That is what we exist for. The entry remains the automation audit with a written report.
Where do we start?
With the automation audit and the written report. That is the only entry offer we sell. Further steps (data foundation, edge, OPC UA, cobots) arise only as demand from the report, when they pay off.
Do we have to replace our existing systems?
No. We build on the machines and systems you have. ERP, MES and maintenance stay where they are. What you need is in the audit report, with prioritised steps for the right moment.
Where does our data live?
Wherever it is allowed to live: on-premise, at the edge or in the cloud. The architecture follows your requirements for data sovereignty and latency. We put the decision in writing in the report.
How do you bill?
The audit is commissioned as its own small step and quoted up front, with no obligation to continue. Follow-up steps are billed on value, not on timesheets, in clearly cut steps following the 123DAILY method.
Are you tied to a vendor?
No. We work vendor-independently and on standards. That is why the report may also say that a step does not pay off. We do not earn on third-party licences.
What is i3X?
i3X is the Industrial Information Interoperability eXchange: an open API for manufacturing information platforms. Applications talk to one set of operations instead of a different interface per system. That sits in the same line as OPC UA and ISA-95. Whether i3X matters in your landscape is recorded in the audit report.
What happens before a larger investment?
If the report recommends it: a 3D feasibility study. You see cycle times, layout and bottlenecks while changes still cost nothing.
