Why the region is central to what we do
Iniationware GmbH is headquartered in Lohne (Oldenburg), in the middle of one of the most industrial regions in northern Germany. The Oldenburger Münsterland with its districts of Cloppenburg and Vechta is defined by mid-sized family businesses: plastics processing, food manufacturing, metalworking and agricultural supply chains. Many of these businesses are nationally and internationally competitive, but often lack an in-house IT automation team.
For these companies, external expertise is particularly valuable: they know exactly what happens in their plant, but the next step towards automation or digitalisation needs someone who understands both, the technology and the business. We are personally reachable and willing to drive out for the first conversation.
Our regional clients come from plastics processing, food manufacturing, mechanical engineering and the energy sector. Some have been with us since the first project; others found us through a specific occasion, a machine standstill, an ISO 50001 requirement or an AI project that needs a reliable data foundation.
Frequently asked questions
Do you also work with companies outside the region?
Yes. Our clients come from the entire DACH area. Regional presence makes collaboration easier but is not a prerequisite. We travel to on-site surveys and otherwise work remotely.
Which company sizes does your offering suit?
Our focus is on mid-sized manufacturing companies with around 20 or more employees in production. We have also worked in corporate environments when a clear project scope existed. What matters is not size but that a concrete project is in view.
Are there funding programmes for digitalisation in the region?
Yes, there are federal and state funding programmes for digitalisation and automation in manufacturing. Our funding page gives a first orientation on which programmes may be relevant. For binding advice we recommend a specialist funding consultant.
