This is where we start. The written report is your decision basis: prioritised steps, sequence and the next sensible entry. Further steps only if the report supports them. You decide again after every step.
Request an auditMany companies collect three quotations before it is clear what should be achieved. The audit report reverses that order: first the current state, the assessment and the sensible sequence, in writing, vendor-independent, with no obligation to continue.
For most entries this report is enough as a concept foundation. We only produce a fuller multi-year concept when the audit points to a larger investment or modernisation over several years.
The report is yours, with prioritised steps at the right pace. You can deliver internally or continue with another partner.
Step 1 is the entry. Steps 2–4 are follow-ups from the report, billed on value, not on timesheets.
We assess your production, your system landscape and your data situation on site. Result: the written report, including the recommendation to do nothing, if that is what the numbers say.
If the report recommends it: before you invest, we simulate the planned solution in Visual Components. You see cycle times, layout and bottlenecks while changes are still free.
Delivery following the 123DAILY method: clearly cut steps, progress that management and team can follow, no three-month black boxes.
Data models, dashboards and interfaces grow with your company instead of being rebuilt for every new type of machine. We can run it, or your team can.
A timesheet rewards effort, not result. We fix the scope before the project, in steps that carry value on their own, and carry the risk of our own estimate.
That requires knowing what we are getting into. The audit exists for exactly that: the only point where we put effort before result, and deliberately kept small.
For you that means you are not buying a project, you are buying a step. After every step you decide again.
It is commissioned as its own small step and quoted up front, with no obligation to continue. If the result is that automation does not pay off for you right now, the report says so.
For most entries, yes. The report covers current state, economics of the next steps and the order. You only need a fuller multi-year concept when the audit points to a larger investment or modernisation over years. Then we recommend it explicitly.
A few days to two weeks depending on complexity, and only if the report recommends that step. It is based on product and container data, cycle time, layer pattern and a layout of your line.
Our cut for delivery projects: clearly bounded steps with a defined result and daily traceability, instead of months-long phases with no visible state. You can see at any time what your budget is working on.
No. Every step can be commissioned on its own. The audit report and any 3D study stay yours as a foundation, including when you deliver selected steps internally or with another partner.
